At its core are the cast-iron heat-storage ovens, where radiant heat draws out flavour and preserves the natural integrity of ingredients.
Flexibility is at the heart of the design. Each oven can be switched on or off as needed, with hotplates and ovens operate independently, allowing the cooker to adapt to the natural rhythm of the day and helping to minimise energy use.
AGA food tastes better because an AGA cooks better, using gentle heat to retain the food's flavour, texture and goodness. The heat radiates from the inner surfaces of the ovens, creating dedicated cooking zones.
The all-electric AGA Signature Collection provides cast-iron baking, roasting and simmering heat storage ovens. For extra control, the roasting and baking ovens offer a range of pre-set cooking temperatures which can be accessed via touch screen.
The iconic AGA hotplates, boiling and simmering, offer further versatility and can accommodate extra-large pans or may be used as a cooking surface. With fast heat up times of just 10 - 12 minutes, hotplates can be turned off when not in use, saving up to 50% of energy.
